1) Return arrives at our warehouse
Once your return is delivered, it is registered and queued for inspection.
2) Inspection
We check that the return is complete and in acceptable condition (product + accessories). If something is missing or damaged, we may contact you for clarification.
3) Refund approval & processing
After inspection, we process your refund. The time for the money to appear in your account depends on the payment method and your bank/payment provider.
Typical timeframes
- Inspection & refund processing: usually within a few business days after receipt (can be longer during peak periods).
- Bank processing: card and bank refunds can take additional business days before they show as “completed”.
How you’ll be notified
You will usually receive an email once the refund is processed. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders.
