- If you used a dashcam SD card, consider removing your personal footage before returning (if possible).
Register your return (RMA)
- Open the Returns/Returning page for the store where you placed your order.
- Follow the return instructions or return portal link (if provided).
- Select the item(s) you want to return and choose the reason.
- Submit the request and follow the next steps provided.
Pack the return properly
- Use the original packaging where possible.
- Protect the camera and accessories to prevent damage in transit.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
Send the parcel
Use the provided return label/instructions (if applicable). Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is completed.
After we receive the return
We inspect the item and then process the refund or exchange according to your request and the return conditions.
