If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is packed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Changes that are often possible before shipping
- Correcting your delivery address
- Adding accessories (for example: SD card, hardwire kit, CPL filter)
- Changing quantities
- Cancelling the order

- What you want to change (old vs new information)
- Best contact details (email/phone)
If the order is already shipped
If the parcel is already with the carrier, changes are limited. In most cases you can:
- accept delivery and start a return, or
- follow carrier options for rerouting (if available), or
- wait for the parcel to return to sender (not recommended unless instructed)
