Step 1: Contact us before sending anything back
Please contact our support team first. We will usually ask a few quick questions and suggest troubleshooting steps. This often resolves the issue faster than shipping a product back.
Step 2: Provide the right information
- Order number (proof of purchase)
- Brand + model
- Description of the issue (what happens, when it happens)
- Power setup (12V socket/USB vs hardwire kit)
- SD card brand/capacity and whether it has been formatted
- Photos or short video of the installation (helpful)
Step 3: Follow troubleshooting steps
Common steps include:
- formatting the SD card in the dashcam
- testing with a different (dashcam-rated) SD card
- testing with another power source/cable
- resetting settings to default
- updating firmware (only when recommended)
Step 4: Return or repair (if needed)
If troubleshooting confirms a hardware fault, we will provide the next steps (return instructions/RMA). Do not send parcels without contacting us first—unregistered returns can be delayed.
