Can Allcam help if I didn’t buy from Allcam?
In many cases we can still help with general guidance (setup tips, SD card advice, basic troubleshooting). However, there are limits to what we can do when the product was not purchased from us.
What we can usually help with
- General dashcam setup questions
- SD card selection and formatting advice
- Power and hardwiring best practices (generic)
- Explaining features like parking mode, loop recording, and Wi‑Fi pairing
What we usually cannot do
- Warranty handling: warranty claims must be handled by the original seller/manufacturer channel.
- Order-specific support: we can’t look up your order status or invoice if it’s not our order.
- Guaranteed compatibility confirmation: without knowing the exact product version/accessories.
