Filming all around the car is usually not that simple, unless you install a full 360-degree system like the Gnet D-force S1. This is a system with four separate cameras that you can mount on the front, back, and doors of the car. The installation is quite complex and the camera is relatively expensive.
Nowadays, there are also 3CH or even 4CH dashcams with three or four cameras. The AZDome M770 Pro 3CH and Wolfbox X5, for example, have a third interior camera in the front dashcam that films the inside of the car.
Dashcams with four cameras like the Botslab G980H 4CH or AZDome M660 have two extra cameras on either side of the front dashcam that can record the interior or the sides of the car. The Vantrue E360 is a true 360-degree dashcam that combines images from the front and interior cameras into a 360 panoramic video.
