Which carrier will deliver my order?
The carrier depends on the country store you order from, your delivery address, and the chosen shipping method. We work with several well-known parcel carriers (for example: PostNL, bpost, DHL, DPD, and local partners).
Where to see your carrier
- In your shipping confirmation email (includes tracking)
- In your Allcam account under the order details (if you have an account)
- On the tracking page once the label is scanned by the carrier
Why carriers can change
We may use a different carrier if it improves speed or reliability for your destination, or when carrier networks are overloaded (for example during peak periods).
