Summary: How delivery estimates and daily cut‑off times work, and what can affect shipping speed.
Where to see delivery time estimates
We show the most accurate delivery estimate in two places:
- On the product page and/or at the top of the website (varies by country store)
- At checkout, after you enter your address
What is a “cut‑off time”?
The cut‑off time is the latest time you can place an order for it to be processed the same day. If you order after the cut‑off, the order is typically processed the next business day.
What can affect delivery time?
- Weekends and public holidays (carriers do not deliver everywhere every day)
- High season (carriers can be busier)
- Address issues (missing house number, wrong postcode, etc.)
- Payment status (bank transfers can take longer to confirm)
- Backorders (if a product is temporarily out of stock)
When will I receive my tracking link?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Track & Trace link. Some carriers may need a few hours before tracking becomes active.
Still need help? Contact us with your order number and we’ll check the latest status.
