How bank transfer payments work
If bank transfer is available on your Allcam store, you’ll receive payment instructions during checkout and/or in your order confirmation email. Your order is typically processed once the payment is received and matched to your order.
Processing time
- Bank transfers are not instant. Depending on your bank and country, it can take 1–3 business days (sometimes longer) for the payment to arrive.
- Order processing starts after receipt. Shipping timelines are calculated from the moment your order is confirmed as paid.
Use the correct payment reference
Always include the order number or the specified payment reference. This is how we match your transfer to your order.
Common issues
- No reference added: your payment may arrive without an order number, which delays matching.
- Name mismatch: if the payer name differs from the order name, include both when contacting support.
- Partial payment: may delay shipment until the full amount is received.
