Which payment methods are available?
The available payment methods depend on the Allcam country store you are using, your billing country, and your currency. At checkout you may see options such as:

- Local bank methods (for example: iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort)
- Buy-now-pay-later options (only if offered on that store)
- Bank transfer (only if offered on that store)
Payment security
Payments are processed via secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If your payment fails
- Double-check your billing address matches your bank/card records.
- Try a different payment method (for example: PayPal instead of card).
- Try again in an incognito/private browser window.
- Contact your bank—some cards block international or online payments by default.
Did you get charged but no order confirmation?
If you see a charge but did not receive an order confirmation email, the payment may be a temporary authorization. Contact us with your name, email, and any payment reference so we can check your order status.
