Summary: Practical steps to take when tracking hasn’t moved or delivery is later than expected.
Step 1: Check the latest tracking status
- Open your Track & Trace link and look for the most recent scan.
- Check if the parcel is waiting for pickup, customs clearance, or address correction.
Step 2: Allow time for the first carrier scan
After you receive a shipping confirmation, it can take a few hours (sometimes up to 24 hours) for the first carrier scan to appear in tracking.
Step 3: Verify the delivery address
Address issues (missing house number, wrong postcode, company name missing) are a common cause of delays. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Step 4: Check for “delivery attempt” notifications
Carriers may attempt delivery when nobody is home, then deliver to a neighbor or pickup point. Tracking will usually show the next step.
Step 5: Contact us if it’s truly stuck
If tracking hasn’t changed for more than 2–3 business days (or the estimated delivery window has passed), contact us with:
- Order number
- Tracking link
- Any tracking screenshots (optional)
We can start an investigation with the carrier if needed.
Still need help? Send us your order number and we’ll check the latest carrier status.
