How to apply a discount code
- Add your items to the cart and go to checkout.
- Find the Discount code field.
- Enter the code exactly as provided (no extra spaces).
- Click Apply and confirm the total updates.
How to use a gift card
Gift cards are applied at checkout in the same way as a discount code. If the gift card value does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
Why a discount code may not work
- Expired code: the promotion end date has passed.
- Minimum order value not met: some codes require a minimum spend.
- Not valid for certain brands or products: exclusions may apply.
- Not combinable: most stores allow only one discount per order.
- Country store mismatch: codes may only work on the store where they were issued.
If you already placed an order
Discount codes usually need to be applied during checkout. If you forgot to apply a code, contact us as soon as possible—depending on order status, we can advise what’s possible.
