Summary: Where to find your tracking link and what to do if tracking is not updating yet.
1) Check your shipping confirmation email
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email that includes a Track & Trace link.
2) Check your Allcam account (if you have one)
If you created an account on the store where you ordered, log in and open your order. Once shipped, the tracking link is shown in the order details.
3) If you can’t find the email
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Search your inbox for “Allcam”, “shipped”, or your order number.
- If you used a different email at checkout, try that inbox.
Tracking link not active yet?
It’s normal for tracking to show limited information for the first few hours after shipment. Most carriers only update tracking after the first scan at a sorting facility.
