If you entered the wrong address
- Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
- If the order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.
- If the order is already shipped, address changes may not be possible—carriers differ by country.
If you missed a delivery attempt
Most carriers will:
- attempt delivery again, or
- deliver to a neighbor, or
- redirect the parcel to a pickup point for collection

Can I reschedule delivery?
Some carriers allow rescheduling or changing to a pickup point through the tracking page. If that option is available, it will be shown there.

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an address issue or repeated missed delivery attempts, we can help you reship it once it returns to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
